About Scott Kinder & DOL Coach
Scott Kinder founded DOL Coach in January 2020 with a simple mission: help people and organizations win the fight between where they are and where they should be.
A former U.S. Army Green Beret, federal civil servant, executive, entrepreneur, author, coach, and educator, Scott brings decades of real-world leadership and operational experience into every course he creates. His career has taken him from military operations and government service to Wall Street, international business, executive leadership, consulting, and professional education.
Since entering the professional training and education space, Scott has trained more than 60,000 professionals worldwide, focusing on practical skills people can apply immediately in their careers and organizations.
Scott founded DOL Coach because he believed professional development could be done differently.

DOL stands for De Oppresso Liber: “To Free the Oppressed”, the motto of U.S. Army Special Forces. That philosophy remains at the heart of the company: helping people break free from the complexity, confusion, ineffective systems, and outdated thinking that prevent them from performing at their best.

Scott is also a Certified Project Trainer (CPT) and Certified Project Director (CPD) and has spent more than a decade teaching and developing professionals.
